We came across Grayson's sign for his business near Lowes in Barrie. I already had an insert in my front door I had purchased from Lowes. It was ok but I wanted a more elaborate one, so I called Grayson. He was very prompt to respond and shortly after brought over a brochure to our home and went over details and different styles that would go well in our home. He was very patient as we were making our decision. We called him back and he took the order and when it was ready, he called and came back to install it along with a side window. His work was excellent and did not take a lot of time. He also was able to put the existing insert into our kitchen door rather than getting rid of it. After the jobs done, he left absolutely no mess. Unfortunately the other day we were broken into and the intruder smashed our side kitchen door. I called Grayson and although his work schedule was very busy, he did not hesitate to replace the insert within a day. He brought over a few samples and we chose one and he installed it. Again he provided excellent and work at a great price. The intruder also tried to get into our house via the front door and damaged the deadbolt. He looked at it and corrected it for us, not even charging more money. If you're looking to get decorative glass inserts done, do not hesitate to go with Grayson, he has a great product line, is very reasonable, professional and all around an easy guy to deal with. We had a neighbour have the brothers replaces their eaves and I wanted to see the work as ours were getting old. I was impressed with the workmanship and look so I called to inquire. Within a day I got a call back and one of the brothers came over for a consultation and quote. Very reasonable and we were very happy with the pride and quality of materials and work they produced. We were so happy that Ryan when he learned that we needed new windows also said that they provide windows. After having a few different companies for windows in for an assessment and quote, we once again chose the Reynolds. The product and quality were superb and when our existing blinds and shutters did not fit with the window trim, the brothers did not hesitate to fix the problem by measuring and cutting them accordingly. Bravo. If you're concidering going with the Reynolds, do not hesitate. They provide great product and workmanship and are prompt and provide what they promise.
