I called, they came out for an estimate, we booked, they preformed the work inside the estimated window! Easy peasy.

I have used them before and they are always polite and friendly. they do the job quickly and well. I would always recommend them. I told my friends I was using them the said Reynold Bros. were the best choice.

We have and century house that required tailored solutions to the replacement of eavestroughs as well as oddly sized fascia and fascia boards that had been damaged over time. The team arrived as scheduled, explained the work at the beginning and end of the workday. In addition the booking process was straightforward and well managed.
From quoting to completion of the work, the entire experience with Reynolds Bros. was professional, recommended, and we will use them again.

The crew Ryan,Tyler and Jessie introduced themselves, upon completion of the work the clean up was immaculate. The warranty is also a big bonus.

I originally contacted Reynolds Brothers to get both an opinion and an estimate as to whether my home would require new eavestroughs, soffit and fascia or just eavestroughs. My first contact was with Angel who is absolutely delightful and transcends in providing top notch customer service. My call was quickly answered and was referred to their General Manger, Jesse, who contacted me within a few days to set up an appointment to come by to take a look. Jesse was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and was quick to determine that we only needed the eavestroughs. That direct and honest assessment quickly made our minds up that Reynolds Brothers was the right choice for us. On installation day, a three person team showed up, Ryan, Tyler and Jessie. Again, and in keeping with our Reynolds experience thus far, they did not disappoint. The team was friendly, respectful and very skilled in their craft and worked tirelessly to get the job done on what was an extremely hot day. They installed the new eaves along with the Alu-Rex Continuous Hanger & Leaf Guard system. The job was completed within the day and we were beyond surprised to see just what an amazing difference new eavestroughs could make to a home in giving it a bit of an exterior sprucing up! From our experience thus far, it is very easy to see why Reynolds Brothers Exterior continues to excel in their field and why they have so many HomeStars awards hanging on their wall. Well done!

Perpetually delayed (sure, weather) but then they decided they want to install while we’re out of town. Said go ahead but worst mistake. Got back to see that it looked “okay” but over the past few years, and every time I have to look at or deal with the system… I see that it was the worst mistake that we’ve made and am actually looking at getting it ALL replaced. Cheapest material possible, workmanship sub par (soffit seams coming apart, gutters streaked completely and impossible to clean, leaf guards garbage, leaking end even though you would think you couldn’t put more silicone. Provided small square downspouts but round gutter inserts so downspouts are crumpled and ill fitting. Downspouts are 2.5 x 2.5 but there’s little on the market for terminating that size at ground level.

I do everything around this house myself and this is one of the only jobs I’ve outsourced and regret it right from the start. Complained about it after about year 2 and someone came out… and asked what they could do for us but outside of replacing everything, nothing could be done.

The material at big box stores are better quality than what was provided but since I couldn’t produce extended gutter lengths and the height of the job, they were hired.

Anyway… I’m not impressed at all with the end result and would not recommend this particular product (they probably have premium product but for $8K, I expected something that would last more than a few years) and/or company.

Guys were on time..very professional..explained job
And took care of one small gutter item not on list.
Cleaned up job site and quick installation.
