Reynolds Brothers were Amazing from start to finish. They have a hard working, skilled and responsible team. The office staff are amazing and easily reachable. We are so pleased that a co-worker recommended Reynolds Brothers to us.

We had an extremely poor experience with two other companies prior:

One company, started the job in the fall 2 months late. Then said they could not finish as a result of cooler weather despite initially promising the job would be complete by fall. They completed our garage and tore part of the eaves off the house and left it that way. The fascia cuts were uneven and looked terrible. There was oil-canning noted over the entire fascia. These issues we discussed with the company and they suggested they would correct with steel fascia. They promised they would return in early spring to complete the job. We contacted them in the early spring to find out when they would be returning to complete the job. We left numerous messages on the voicemail, a couple with the reception staff as well as many emails without a response. They never returned our calls or messages. In the spring we noted the screw heads holding the fascia in place were breaking or broken off from over-tightening. I would not use this company. The skill level of the team who worked on our home was not acceptable.

The second company gave us a quote and a start date of June. I explained the issues we had encountered. He told me he heard all kinds of stories about they customer service and skill. He assured us that we would be pleased when the job was complete. They required an 11,000.00 deposit. June, July finally given an August date. Two men showed to start the job and immediately said they could not start that day. They said the estimator was way off with his description of the job. They said to give them 6 weeks and promised to return. Six weeks passed and no contact after several calls it was determined that they were going to pass on the job. We requested our deposit and were assured it would be sent immediately. After 3 weeks we contacted the company to inform them that we did not receive the cheque in the mail. They suggested we wait a couple of weeks more and contact them if we did not receive it in the mail. We declined and went that day to pickup another cheque. We never did receive the cheque they claimed to have mailed. I later met the estimator in town who provided the initial quote and expressed our disappointment in the process. He apologized and said that he no longer worked for the company as a result of their poor company management.
If you would like your job completed by skilled workers definitely go with the Reynolds Brothers you will not be disappointed.

This company is fantastic! This is my second experience with them. I had some vinyl shingles installed to replace rotted weather damaged wooden facing and they capped a number of window frames and the garage. Outstanding! So when it came time to replace the eaves troughs this company was my go to. From getting a pressure free quote to scheduling everything was smooth. They arrived on time, were polite, professional, and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. Eaves look great and I know they back up their work 100%. Highly recommend.

We requested installation of our eavestrough in the Spring after the snow melted. We had some warm days in March and we were contacted to make an appointment. We organized it for the very next day. The crew arrived on time. They introduced themselves and promptly went to work. They took there time, made sure it was done right and efficiently worked the entire time. They coordinated any issues that came up and were completed by late afternoon. They cleaned up the area and before leaving we enjoyed some conversation with the crew. Excellent service! The team that took care of the exterior of our house consisted of Joshua, Joe and Andrew: They arrived when they said they would each day. Told us what they were going to do. Did it. Cleaned up their stuff at the end of each working day. Explained what they had done and addressed our questions.
Most importantly, the team made us feel that we mattered to them and that is a huge thing in this day and age.
After the work was finished, our communication with the company staff has been exceptional.

The job was well done. Perfect color match, thorough site clean up and overall product installation.
They even took down our Christmas lights as the job was done in early April!!!!

Reynolds performed a very clean & professional job. The new eaves & leaf guard were installed neat & tidy and look very good improving the appearance of the house. The old eaves were removed and gathered up without any litter left behind what so ever.
All & all very pleased with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reynold Brothers.

We contacted Reynolds Brothers to provide a quote to replace our eavestrough. They came out promptly and took all the necessary measurements, explained the scope of work and we had a quote later that evening. The quote was competitive to another company that had quoted the same job but we found all of the Reynolds Brothers team much more personable.

The work was completed sooner than originally anticipated and was completed in 1 day. The crew arrived on time and cleaned all the materials up upon completion. During the installation process I was notified that a secondary downspout (that wasn’t in place with the old eavestrough) was needed for the eavestrough to drain correctly.

Upon completion I received a courtesy call to ensure we were happy with the work, which we were!
