Put a deposit on a Swim Spa with a 24 hour cancelation clause. Cancelled within that time and although it took longer than I would have liked to receive the refund after some phone tag I received a full refund.
New Spa
These guys can't be trusted. I bought a spa but did not know if it would fit my backyard so I insisted there be a cancellation clause for 24 hours and the salesman reluctantly agreed after I put over 5000.00 down. Of course nobody could be found to notify I will not be proceeding so I had to go online and send a message with a time stamp just incase they decided to say I did not let them k now in time. Well it has been a month since they agreed to refund me my money and no refund has arrived.So I had to go and dispute it with my credit card company. Funny thing is I would be doing the patio with new concrete in the spring and would have bought one then but they have no time for customer service. Somebody should tell them there is many choices Buyer beware.
