Save on Spas has a good product, but the stairs and the cover lift for the cover are not included. Please discuss with your sales rep prior to signing a contract.

Brampton

Please be very cautious with this company. They misrepresent themselves and make promises that they cannot keep. They do not return phone calls or texts. I always had to contact them!!

They have a good product, but please, please get ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in writing...........I paid cash for this product and felt like I was bothering them.

This is within 2 days of receiving my hot tub!

Can't wait to see what happens if something goes wrong.......
