Jurgen and his wife Katherine are very down to earth and friendly business owners who care about their customers. They take pride in the work that they do and want the customer to be as pleased with the product as they are. They quote the jobs I give them in a timely and efficient manner. For the quality of the products they are priced very well. I do not hesitate to use them for any of our custom work that is needed

I feel very fortunate to have met Juergen, the owner of this company. He does excellent work, from concept to completion, and his attention to detail is flawless. I have no hesitation in recommending him to any homeowner, designer and/or contractor. In addition to cabinets, he does custom furniture, wall units and fireplace mantels.

I met them at the Home and Garden Show last February. I looked over their portfolio and was really impressed with all the different projects that they had done. I was looking for someone to do something original for me in my living room. I had some ideas in my head, but nothing drawn out. We set up an appointment, and Jurgen came over to see the area in which I wanted a wall unit. He gave me the different options, went over the details and prices that could meet our budget. Once I had decided on colour and material, I gave him a deposit, and he then prepared some samples for me to choose from. I could not believe the quality of the finish on the samples. They were smooth and just beautiful. My wall unit was built in their shop, then installed with precision and with attention to detail. It is truly a work of art. I love looking at it every day. We found this business at Vancouver home and garden show , the owner Jurgen Hoffman presented himself as professional cabinet maker with over 20 years of experience with woodworking, the presentation was impressive, after few visits and promises of the best quality we started planning for our kitchen renovation we gave him the drawings and he gave us some quotations and we choose what suits our budget, we paid 50% deposit on January 4th, 2013 and he assured us that the work would be done by the mid of March, during this period we added to the scope of work French door for the patio and we paid 50% as a deposit.

The work started and the quality was not as good as promised but the major problem started with postponing the work for different excuses and after few fabrication mistakes and corrections we had to go through we were told that every thing would be ready by May 31st, 2013. On May 31st he came to install 50% of the cabinet doors and few days later came again with more products with different color shade and the French door with different style and major fabrication defects.

After pointing to the defects and the delays his wife and manager Kathrine Hoffman phoned me on June 7th and started yelling and screaming at me since we are costumers that so unsatisfied and picky and she said that they won't finish the job since they are not sure if we were willing to pay at the end or not, I was so terrified with such behavior and I told her that we are willing to pay even if they don't want to finish the job and I asked her about our options, few hours later she phoned again and requested $3000.00 for the unfinished work and for the wrong door, we chose to pay them just to have peace of mind.

Conclusion:
Presentation and promises: impressive,
Quality of work : poor to fair,
schedule: not on time (11 weeks delays and not finished),
Costumer Service : very poor (aggressive behavior),
Price : moderate,
Settlement: 60% of the kitchen cabinets were done but we paid for 75%, poor quality door paid @ 100%.
