Ontario Stone Design

We used Ontario Stone design to complete our restaurant bar renovation. Lela and her staff, which include her designer Sue, and a team of installers Provided a level of customer service that is hard to come across. From start to finish the experience was seamless. They are professional, honest and punctual. We spent countless hours deciding which product to use to finish off our bar top. Lela and her designer guided us in the right direction. We decided on Quartz and we are very happy with the finished product. You will absolutely get the best price without sacrificing quality.

Loved working with Lela and her team to install beautiful granite countertops in our kitchen and bathroom. Lela is a lovely, honest, hardworking lady you can tell is very passionate about her work.

I can't say enough good things about Lela and her crew. The price was the best and the deal for both bathroom granite tops--half price couldn't be beaten. The installation and removal of the old materials went of without a hitch. II would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for a top notch job and reasonable price.

We used Ontario Stone Design to find and install granite in our kitchen. We were extremely pleased with the assistance we received in the showroom and the speed with which they came and installed the granite. We did have a slight issue regarding a bridge at the back of our stove, however it was rectified once brought to the owner's attention. She really wanted us to be happy with the granite. I would definitely recommend them, they know what they are doing and what they are talking about, and we are extremely pleased with our beautiful granite!

Lela provided fast service in terms of estimate, measurement taking and installation. The installers, Vlad and Kiko, turned up at the appointed time, did an excellent job, quickly and efficiently and left no mess. Ontario Stone Design's quote was also the least expensive. I'd definitely use them again for a counter-top installation.

We had the right feeling about these people from the moment we walked in there "show room" .They asked all the right questions and made us feel, they really knew there stuff and made us feel comfortable. They showed up to our house, measured, made suggestions and installed exactly what we needed with no "STRESS". The installers took great pride in there craftsmanship and you could tell they were just as happy as us, with there great work. We cant wait to have them back for our next project.....Steve and Nuala...

Would like to start off by saying thanks to Layla in the office for her expertise on knowledge. The install team took their time on every part! For explaining,installing cleaning up this crew was great! We had our kitchen done and 2 bathrooms all in 1 1/4 and it was the best price in town!

OSD did a great job. Lela educated us about granite, what to look for and questions to ask. She encouraged us to go to their Mississauga warehouse to get exactly what we were looking for. When there was a problem with the warehouse, she quickly contacted them to rectify the issue. The installation was quick and went smoothly for such a large job. The seam is minimal and the sink seems to be of good quality. Would definitely recommend OSD. Everybody there, especially Lela, was superb!

Staff was helpful during shopping process so that was good. Installation went fine but 24 hrs later as I was washing up I could feel a small chip/imperfection in the top of the stone about the size of a nickle. Not a huge deal hard to see but they did say they would send someone to see if anything can be done the following week but they never did. Price was good compared to competition.

great service and staff. very quick and knowledgeable. made everything complete.very comparable on price to other but better stone. beautiful thick stone. no joining. will use when we do a kitchen renovation. we love the stone and work thank you again.
