Had an excellent experience with Dale. After struggling to get roofers to even come look at my leaking roof, Dale had constant communication throughout the quote and job process. It's nice not to be left wondering when your contractor might show up which is often the case. I bought materials, and Dale did everything that was documented in our quote, even went above to install new roof caps in the effected areas without asking for more $. Did an excellent job, took pictures as promised, and the repair looks like the original roof. Happy Customer, would recommend to others.

Staff was helpful during shopping process so that was good. Installation went fine but 24 hrs later as I was washing up I could feel a small chip/imperfection in the top of the stone about the size of a nickle. Not a huge deal hard to see but they did say they would send someone to see if anything can be done the following week but they never did. Price was good compared to competition.

Tista / Mark was terrific. We had some joists that had been significantly cut for plumbing. Others had recommended a much more expensive fix to the problem, Mark gave us a way that reinforced everything without moving the plumbing. Reasonable Price, On time, Professional, above expectations. Will hire again.

seemed knowledgeable , advised was licensed and insured and could do the work i needed in timeframe. told me he would do prep work Tuesday and the bulk of the work on wednesday. He asked for a 25% deposit which i paid and he left to get supplies Tuesday am. He did not return. He emailed me the following morning advising he would be unable to do the work and meet our agreed upon schedule. I asked that he return my deposit, he agreed, but has yet to return my money.

Had someone recommend these guys. They were not the cheapest quote i got but i had a good feeling they would do he kind of job i was looking for. They started in 3 weeks just like was promised, did a pretty good job. I saw 2 issues I asked to have fixed and they sent someone immediately. (minor issues - one area needed caulk and a piece around the window trim had come loose). They didn't ask for a deposit, and i had to call them to pay as i was leaving for vacation (weeks after job completed!) , but apparently that's normal business. I wish all contractors were this professional. They did have a separate crew for siding soffit/fascia and eves, so it happened over 2 days. Hire these guys you wont regret it.

Hired last fall - Windows were made in the time frame quoted, installation went quick, professional crew, covered work areas inside my house. Showed me how to remove parts if needed after installation Very happy.- would use again.
