We never dreamed we'd require an exterminator for bed bugs but are glad to have found Pest Solution Services. Pricier than other quotes but worth it in our view. The initial inspection was thorough, detailed and available the same day we called. The treatment is an integrated approach, individualized to our specific needs - not just heat / pesticide applied to the whole house as another company suggested. Follow up has been prompt, attentive and continues for 1 year. Muhammad's knowledge of entomology and his calm manner make him a pleasure to work with. We are 8 weeks in and pest-free. Fingers crossed.

PSS was prompt in responding to my call on both occasions, arrived on time, was able to quickly figure out the source of the pest problem and came back to check on the traps in place to make sure the house was pest free. I was really impressed with his knowledge and insistence on how to fix the problem (he was accurate). It was the same case in both scenarios. PSS takes a lot of pride in their work. It is who you call when you don't want to wait a week but rather at most, a day. I was so appreciative of his response in under 24 hours and ridding me of the pests within 2 days. I would highly recommend him. His cost is also reasonable when compared to the bigger outfits.

Muhammed is very detail oriented and very knowledgeable. He immediately set our minds at ease that he would be able to solve our bedbug problem. Within a few days he had remediate then problem without us having to throw out half our belongings. He inspects before treating your home so that he only treats the areas that are affected. Our home has been bug-free since his treatment. He has come back to check twice when I’ve had slight concerns even though he was confident in his work. Muhammad came in to inspect my tenant’s condo. She found a bed bug in her bedroom and captured it. He came right away and it turned out it was a male bedbug and he said that we don’t need to do anything further. When she suspected more bugs he came back again to check and found nothing. I've had multiple experiences working with Muhammad, due to a pest situation at work as well at 2 other pest issues at my parents' house. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable (he is an entomologist!), he is also thorough, patient, and kind. He is not someone who will come and just spray. He took his time inspecting, did not see an infestation and left traps to monitor the situation with other strategies recommended. This worked out really well and we were able to avoid unnecessary exposure to toxins. As for my parents' house, he has been very helpful and we are seeing improvements.
