PSS was prompt in responding to my call on both occasions, arrived on time, was able to quickly figure out the source of the pest problem and came back to check on the traps in place to make sure the house was pest free. I was really impressed with his knowledge and insistence on how to fix the problem (he was accurate). It was the same case in both scenarios. PSS takes a lot of pride in their work. It is who you call when you don't want to wait a week but rather at most, a day. I was so appreciative of his response in under 24 hours and ridding me of the pests within 2 days. I would highly recommend him. His cost is also reasonable when compared to the bigger outfits.
