Muhammed was very professional and thorough in the inspection of my home. I had been getting bites for a few months and was convinced it was bed bugs. He examined my mattress and bed frame, inside my closets and drawers and along the edges of the walls - anywhere a bed bug might hide. He did not find any evidence of bed bugs but continued to check over other key areas in the house just to be sure.

I was worried that perhaps it was a newer infestation which is why he couldn’t find anything but he assured me this was not the case. He explained in a lot of detail about the life cycle of a bed bug and all the different kinds of evidence he would have found. I can not speak to what the extermination services would be like, but based on my experience with the investigation I’m sure they would be excellent.

In terms of what was biting me? Muhammed explained some other options as to what it could be, his best guess is an allergy of some sort, possible to dust or my laundry detergent. He gave me some strategies on how to reduce exposure to dust and some proactive tips to avoiding any future infestations.

Mohammed was very efficient and his service was incredibly effective, not to forgot very knowledgeable. I can't recommend Muhammad highly enough. After we had confirmation that a hotel we'd just stayed in found bedbugs in the room we'd slept in, and suffering bites upon arriving home, we were panicked. Muhammad replied to my call immediately, and came at the end of his long day on Friday to inspect our house. The inspection was unimaginably thorough. After taking apart our bed piece by piece, he eventually found ONE bedbug in a tiny bolt hole. He assured us that we'd caught this just in time, but proceeded to inspect the entire house. He was kind, empathetic, intelligent and unbelievably knowledgable about bedbugs - an entomologist, who explained all in great detail. He shared that he is passionate about his work and it shows. Muhammad is an concerned, kind empathetic gentleman who knows his business. My husband is in a wheelchair and no other company would treat the chair, as well as the rest of the house. He was thorough, and had been back 4 times to check and confirm that the pests are gone. People kept saying he was taking advantage, but I disagree, he was worth every penny and we are bedbug free!
