Waterman

Waterman is absolutely fantastic! I noticed one morning that sanitary waste in my house was backing up into my basement shower. I called Waterman and on the same day Jim came to my house to snake the drain and found that my sanitary pipe was cracked due to a tree root and needed repair. Jim fixed the blockage same day so we could use our bathroom and later the same week he and his team came back to replace the cracked pipe. Jim also recommended that a backwater valve be installed in the same location for flood prevention. He went over the entire scope of work and process to repair the drain, install the backwater valve, apply for a permit at the City, and submit a rebate for the backwater valve.

Jim and his team were fantastic! This scope of work can be overwhelming, especially during a pandemic, but Jim and his team made me feel comfortable, they were professional and friendly, used tarps and mats to cover up my carpet and reduce dirt and dust, and most importantly did a thorough job.

Thank you also to Chris who answered all my questions, followed up after the work was complete, and made sure I was updated on everything. I strongly recommend Waterman and would not hesitate to call them if I need anything!
