Metro is our hero! We've had ongoing problems with our main drain, and obtained 3 quotes for repair (spring of 2012; now spring 2013). One company came and told us the problem was much more extensive than in fact it was; we didn't go with them. We consulted a company that was recommended by a friend. They relayed several management options, including a 3rd party company; however they never came to any final decision, and ultimately nothing was done. After having more a few clean-outs done, we realized we had to get someone to fix the underlying problem of the main drain repair. We found Metro Plumbing from the internet (read excellent reviews from Homestars; thanks). They came to our house virtually immediately, and proceeded with the repair. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and it was accomplished promptly and extremely efficiently. They even provided us with what paperwork we needed to complete in order to have the City come to assess and fix their portion of the repair job. This enabled us to get that repair done extremely rapidly as well. They were also emminently affordable. We can't say enough good things about Metro Plumbing & Drains. I and my husband recently decided to change all the washroom faucets. We had a lot of different companies do estimates and charge us unbelievable prices. Until we got to Metro Plumbing and Drains. The plumber came and gave us an estimated price better than anyone else. He did the job very well and left everything nice and clean. Great Service.

I was getting new appliances and I needed a pipe led to the fridge for the ice maker. The movers did not want to do the job but they recommended Metro Plumbing and Drains. I gave those guys a call and they came to do an estimate. They gave me a good price and said that it was a quick job. The plumber then left and came back with some pipes. He work for about an hour and then even hooked the pipe to the fridge. Everything was great, and the ice maker works very well. I am now always going to use Metro Plumbing

Metro Plumbing and Drains has been my favorite plumbing company for a long time. Recently, my kitchen faucet was leaking so I gave them a call. They came and replaced it. It was all very quick and professional I am once again happy with the service that I received from metro Plumbing and Drains.
