Metro is our hero! We've had ongoing problems with our main drain, and obtained 3 quotes for repair (spring of 2012; now spring 2013). One company came and told us the problem was much more extensive than in fact it was; we didn't go with them. We consulted a company that was recommended by a friend. They relayed several management options, including a 3rd party company; however they never came to any final decision, and ultimately nothing was done. After having more a few clean-outs done, we realized we had to get someone to fix the underlying problem of the main drain repair. We found Metro Plumbing from the internet (read excellent reviews from Homestars; thanks). They came to our house virtually immediately, and proceeded with the repair. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and it was accomplished promptly and extremely efficiently. They even provided us with what paperwork we needed to complete in order to have the City come to assess and fix their portion of the repair job. This enabled us to get that repair done extremely rapidly as well. They were also emminently affordable. We can't say enough good things about Metro Plumbing & Drains.
