When two of the solid, granite slabs and some grout in our 34’.8” x 13’.10’’ Grand Foyer became loose I was told by several “experts” that the only way to fix the problem would be to lift the slabs and redo the whole thing because the cement in the fine seams of the massive staggered granite slabs were too small to fill and would always be loose. The cost to have this done was almost $50,000.00. I was heartbroken. The entrance and grand foyer is the focal point of our house. After researching and reading Tigro Restoration’s testimonials I phoned Ramiro to get his opinion and assessment. I told him what I was told and asked if I had any other option.
