I have 2 main reasons for the cancellation:
1) Equipment was malfunctioning in one of my houses, The door was NOT chiming, I called tech support and they said the technician could only come 7 to 10 days later. This is UNNACEPTABLE

2)When I scheduled the “repair” visit, the technician was dispatched to the wrong house (THEIR MISTAKE) and my ex-wife filed a law-suit for trespassing. This cost me a day of work and more than $2,100 in legal fees. Their Technician was subpoenaed, he went to court and he confessed that he was dispatched to the WRONG house and AlarmForce does not want to take responsibility for its mistake. This is WRONG. They caused me financial problem, headaches and I had to miss a day of work to go to court because of your mistake. AlarmForce doesn't care about the problems they caused me. They continue to bill me after I request to cancel the service and I returned their equipment. They did not even apologize. I don't believe they have any business ethics.

Alarm Force provides a great service that gives us peace of mind. The installers are very quick and professional, and the options offer a good selection to meet our needs. When we had an issue with our alarm, they responded in a very timely manner.

Easy installation and great service from start-up and still continues to provide the peace of mind when you in or out of your home. Real time live voice makes all the difference and makes you feel special.

We used Alarm Force's service for 4.5 years until we recently moved. The equipment is of poor quality. For example, we had to replace the unit's battery once every year, which is an additional $20 which you have to order from Alarm Force and wait for them to ship it to you. Batteries in the sensors need to be replaced quite often. The preset volume for the 2-way force box cannot be controlled and it rattled and sounded muffled whenever the service rep called the voice box. We had to sign a 3-year contract, and now that we have moved, we chose a different alarm company.

No one rep makes any mention of a THREE (3) year contract despite speaking to the rep and being informed it's not a contract.

In teensy writing on their forms when the service is installed - they have "36 months" agreement.

Mind you, they are NOT guaranteeing anything - especially if you have a VOiP phone - they cannot guarantee the system will work.

They were very helpful, answered all my questions. They were quick to install and easy to use. There new remote monitoring system is amazing, serves all my needs at a great price. I definitely feel safer now.

I have to say, alarm force is my first pick, and my only pick when it comes to picking a security service company. I have come to be their customer for approximately 2 years and I haven't had any complains. I have their system installed in my home, office, and have recommended to many of my frieds. Recently, we had alarm force system installed in our office, and it's been set up and working as sweet as a nut. I'd like to keep it short and say, if your looking for a alarm company, it's alarm force or nothing :)

They did a good job , but I dont like where he put the key pad. It doesnt make sense and its too far from the door. nothing we can do about it now

I had a home alarm installed for my home a year ago. I recently had a low battery warning signal. I called alarm force and walked me through what we needed to do to fix this issue. Unfortunately, it did not work so a service call was made. The gentleman was on time but it did seem sketchy at first when the guy showed up in his own vehicle. Only his clipboard and uniform shirt is what made him identifiable. Nonetheless, he was courteous and quick with the fix.

I installed my home alarm system back in February 2012. They offered free installation for the whole alarm system as well as free warranty. So I took advantage of this promotion. The installation took less than one day to complete. Dan, the installer, was on time and did a good job. All the systems were functional at the end of the day. The price is very affordable and overall I was very satisfied with AlarmForce.
