OSIM specializes in massage chairs. Recently we hadto contact them to request service for our massage chair in which the warranty has expired. We ended calling 3 times 3 days in a row, and was told the manager will call us back. A week later, we finally called again when we never heard back and the service repairman called us shortly after. One of the sales person we spoke to actually told us that they weren't sure if it could be fixed because we didn't purchase the chair recently. Aren't they all the same technogical idea?!? When the service repairman arrived, he even agreed that the employees at the storefront aren't very helpful, and he asked us to contact him directly should we require repair service I'm the future. Overall, Osim 's service was slow, no followup, not very professional.
