I called alarm force today to change my credit card on file. I initially called the wrong department, and was curteously re-directed to the appropriate representative. I was able to obtain assistance and resolution of the situation within 5 minutes - no long period on hold or anything of the sort. Much appreciated!

I am always pleased by the service when I call ALARMFORCE. Today I called in response to a billing concern brought forward and was reassured by the Technical Support that although they couldn't make my one time payment, they would transfer me to the Billing department that could handle it. Furthermore, they reassured me that the monitoring would still continue regardless of the reminder. Upon talking to Ruchi in Billing she reassured me that ALARMFORCE is the type of company that will work with the customer on payments. Together we laughed at how ridiculous banks can seem when it takes 4 of their agents and even a manager to resolve such a minor cost point. I think after all of this I will keep ALARMFORCE and look for another bank!

I would certainly recommend Alarm Force to anyone interested in securing their home. I feel safe and secure knowing that my house is armed with this reliable company. The two way voice is the way to go as you are directly speaking with a person. A couple times I set my alarm off by mistake and I actually felt great comfort when someone on the other end spoke to me ensuring everything was ok. I've been with this company for years and they have proven to be a great alarm system company.

I got them to install a new wireless system and it's great. Service was on time and well put together. We love our new system and are going to put one in our business as well.

Great service and experience and very nice Coustomer service. I loved how the Coustomer service representative was nice and friendly. I would most definetlreally refer a friend to alarm force!

I hired alarmforce a week before I left on vacation. This was my first vacation in 30 plus years and it was for my daughters wedding.

I showed the gentlemen access to my home, and both of my garages as well as my yard. I even paid extra to have a guard come first to assess the area before notifying police.

Not even a week in, someone breaks into my house and takes/damages $50,000 worth of cash, jewelry and heirlooms.

They broke in through the back, and unplugged the back camera. The motion sensor for the back of the house went off.

As you see on my recordings of the incident, the guard comes, walks up to the front door as the alarm is going off, wiggles the front handle and leaves, all while the culprits are in my home and had well enough time to be caught.
All he had to do was peak into our backyard to notice the window had been taken right out of the frame!!!!

Wouldn't you think if the back motion sensor goes off, to look in the back??

It was either an inside job, or they're just that stupid. Either way alarmforce royally, completely and utterly didn't do their job.

When asked for help with recovering the videos in the matter and identifying when the back camera was unplugged for the investigation alarmforce was useless.
The funniest part of this (not funny at all) is they think they can hold me to my contract and keep paying them for a service that has me out fifty grand.

Go figure.
Worst company I've ever dealt with in anything. Don't even think about going with them.

I've been an Alarmforce customer for about 16 years. Last fall, I upgraded our security system to include two security cameras and hear and freeze protection. Three months later I had to call them to remind them one of the cameras hadn't been installed. They sent a technician over. He was three hours late and spent four hours drilling a hole in the wall to install the camera near the front door. Four hours later, he still couldn't get it to work. He patched up the hole from the outside using plastic -- I kid you not -- and left the hole in the bedroom wall untouched. The next day, I called Alarmforce and they said they would send a manager at 1 pm to fix the camera properly. As of 3 pm, the manager never showed up. We decided to cancel our contract with Alarmforce. Their reliability and customer service skills are pathetic -- and we have no doubt these "skills" will continue to cost them a lot of customers, and rightly so.

I have had alarm force for 6 years. They are very helpful when new hardware is available and they are responsible to troubleshoot. We have never had a theft at our house and feel safe all the time. We love our camera's and the ability to monitor everything from our mobile devices.
