We have been with Alarm force for 10 years and haven't had issues with them. We just upgraded the system and the installation went well and our technician was the best! He knew everything, and explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. His manager followed up with me, and was so helpful as well! Had such a great experience with them, I've requested the same technician for my next installation!

As a AlarmForce customer for over 5 years, I am always impressed with their consistent client service and efficient response. Customer Services representatives are polite and a pleasure to connect with.

I am quite satisfied with Alarm Force. I find it refreshing if I have a problem to be able to get through via phone immediately and get my issues resolved. I feel much safer in my home because of them. I highly recommend Alarm Force!

My experience with AlarmForce over the past 2.5 years has been terrific. Their alarm response time is instantaneous and the customer service I've received has been A+. I recently moved my service to a new address, and they were very accommodating in the move process. I feel safe with Alarm Force mainly because there is a real person that is in communication with the system. Even if I need assistance they come on the voice activated equipment and the personnel are so very professional. I give this company 5 Stars!!!!

We hD a lot of issues installing this unit at.our old home. But eventually with some patience we got it in. I love the protection it provides my family when i am at work and i worry a lot less.

We are building a new home and the plan was to upgrade to a system with cameras but something has really rubbed me the wrong way. I was living with a family member while my house was being built which took 9 months.
Alarmforce put our contract on hold as i requested, however after 3 months we were forced to pay monthly payments even though we arent using the alarm. I understand tat some people might abuse this courtesy, but i offered to show them my paperwork as proof that i would be up and running in 8 months.

I've been a customer for a few years now. I love the service. Customer service has been great. I'll be buying a new house in a few months and will definitely have AlarmForce put a system in there.

Alarm force made it easy for me to buy. They gave me a month free up front and no installation charge. I have called in 3 separate times with questions about my service and they have always answered me promptly and politely.
