I have had Alarmforce security system for almost 2 years. I love the service and would highly recommend it to friends and family. My family and I feel protected in our home with Alarmforce.

I am very pleased with my two way system from Alarm Force. Don't know why all alarms don't work this way. Haven't had a false alarm since having alarm force. Also I always receive prompt and friendly service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I only have had my alarm system installed since last November. The installer did a crappy install, was too lazy to install the cameras properly as well as putting a smoke detector in the middle of my living room ceiling. He didn't explain anything just gave me the book and said this is this etc. Never bothered to clean up after himself. I went online to ask some questions to Alarm Force online and never got a reply.Right now its a waste of money as far as I am concerned.

I've been a customer with Alarm Force for the past 3 years, and have had no issues with my service. We have had several false alarms while out of the home, and when they were unable to reach me, they sent a security car to come check out the house and verify that everything was alright. They also offered free installation, and their phone customer service never makes me wait more than a couple of minutes to speak with an agent. Thanks Alarm Force!
