Hi - we had a new door installed and the company was unable to re-install the sensor correctly - Alarm Force had someone at our house in less than 24-hours. Nathan was super nice, friendly and provide quick/fast service.

Excellent customer service when I had a problem with battery exchange in my main alarm anounciator. Alarm Force sent out a new battery for the unit free of charge! They also ran a remote test on the system to check all of the sensors.

The system gives me peace of mind, I live alone, work 2 jobs and never home, so needless to say I rest a little easier knowing that my home is protected when I’m not there.

Whenever I have questions, I call customer service, they are always so pleasant and very helpful! Even the technicians that came to put the system in was very through and helpful he explained everything I needed to know about how the system worked, how to operate my keypad and stayed until I had all my questions answered.

I have been an Alarm Force customer for 17 yrs and generally satisfied. Wanted to try Wireless Connect bundle and the Customer Service guy was quite helpful. I can recommend to others.

I have always been very happy with my alarm system, its really simple to use, and even when you screw up you don't have to give your social insurance number just to deactivate the alarm. Very friendly phone manner, I dont think i'll be switching to any other company or turning off my alarm system anytime soon

Have been with Alarm Force for about six yrs. Had to have work done on system to bring it Up to date. The tech was prompt and on time. He changed all the batteries in my sensors, replaced the key pad and gave me a new box. I am very pleased and would recommend Alarm Force to anyone looking for an alarm system

I called Alarmforce recently, and I was pleasantly surprised that my call was answered right away, compared to long wait times of other companies. The representative was efficient and nice. I have not had any issues with Alarmforce at all, and would recommend to friends and family.

Technician arrived late:

Technician came to door wearing a hood - hiding his Identity -

No Alarmforce ID or Intro- holding a Drill with long threatening bit -

I Ask please take off shoes - Chomping on his gum - his rude response my feet are dry.

This technician continued his unprofessional, bully tone and manner thru out his 15 minute stay at my house.

Leaving the room where I was - walking thru my house providing no explanation. I go to see what he is doing - I see him waving his hands in front of the exterior video camera.

I suggest we go to Alarmforce website at my computer to confirm functionality. I suggest he remove the Drill - it is big and on my desk close to the computer and also I feel threatened by his predatory behaviour. Now I have the same tone in my voice as the Technician.

Technician does not like my tone - says I AM NOT HERE TO HELP YOU!
I tell him get out of my house - Technician response I DON'T WORK FOR YOU!

I turn on my computer immediately after this Technician leaves to view he has moved the camera - so the surveillance does not show arrivals to my front door - pointed to the driveway of my neighbor.

For a Canadian company making $56 Million annually - surely they can train their 240 employees the Do's and Don'ts of entering a customers home.

VP did call on my concern - at position for 1YR - she will address concerns & all TECHNICIANS have Alarmforce Jackets with ID.
