Very bad company to deal with! I have been with this company over 3 years and am looking to change it due several issues I have with them:
1- Terrible customer service- they technically don’t care about any need their customers have. Their communication with customers happens in a very rude way.
2- I pay extra for private guard coverage in times of emergency but they usually arrive between 1-3 hours after the alarm goes off! I don’t know what is the point of paying for this service? The company charges me for this service but when I complain, they say security service comes from different company!
I can’t wait to change this company.
