Presto originally installed an exhaust fan for our dryer- he did a very good job. We later gave him installation of a new AC which was done timely. I haven't seen the work in person yet as I live far and the house is tenanted but the pictures looks good. He also seems to be fair in pricing. He sounds to be honest in his advices. We are, so far, happy with him and will consider him for future works.

Very bad company to deal with! I have been with this company over 3 years and am looking to change it due several issues I have with them: 1- Terrible customer service- they technically don’t care about any need their customers have. Their communication with customers happens in a very rude way. 2- I pay extra for private guard coverage in times of emergency but they usually arrive between 1-3 hours after the alarm goes off! I don’t know what is the point of paying for this service? The company charges me for this service but when I complain, they say security service comes from different company! I can’t wait to change this company.

I wish I read the reviews before choosing Alarmforce. I am stuck in 3 years contract with this company. They have a very bad customer service- in better words they don’t care about their customers at all because they know they are stuck in their contracts. Their agents on the phone are very rude. We had an alarm incident in summer. Since we were at home and felt unsafe, they sent police. But because police didn’t find any reason for the alarm, they charged the company. The company, then, charged us. I called police to appeal, they told me they charged the company not me. I asked the company to appeal. They said they don’t and that we have to pay the charge or extend our contract. Recently, we had two other alarm incidents while we were outside of the house. This time, we asked them to send security not police. First time the security came half an hour after alarm! The second time they came 1 hour after alarm!! I called the company and complained about the delay. The agent disconnected my phone. I thought there was something wrong with the line. I called again, she didn’t respond and put it on voicemail. I continued to call. Again, she disconnected after picking up the phone!!! The next day I called the customer service and complained. The agent, didn’t care about what their agents did the day before. In response to the security service, she said that they don’t control the timing of the security company! She even didn’t accept to transfer our complaint to the security company. See how funny their customer service is. We pay the charge for security service each month to Alarmforce and we have no contact with the security company. When Alarm force doesn’t care about the issues with security company and we don’t deal directly, how to complain about this service. The bottom line, this company protects itself in the lines of its contract and put you under a contract then doesn’t care about your needs. If you need technician, they charge you to send a technician. Over the phone, their technicians are very rude!
