Action Glass

I would never recommend this company but seems like our Strata likes them. I had a non-urgent window repair that took over 2.5 months to fix. I understand that this business has many job orders; and often there are parts involved that take time. However their staff has poor attitude. First time, they scheduled me between 1-3, but showed up at 11:30 and expected me to be there. When they arrived they made weird comments about my dogs "So you breed dogs?" As if anyone that has two dogs are (illegal) breeders (my dogs are spayed). Then when I followed up on my parts after waiting for 3 weeks (when they said needing 2 weeks) they promised to do the job on Dec 6 when other people in my complex are getting things done. My job is so seriously minor, and they wanted me to wait until the long ones are done, again between 1-3. No one showed up. When I called, the receptionist said "it's only 1:10". They really expected you to have nothing to do but wait. It turned out they had forgot about my unit and already left. Then they rebooked me for December 9 (today) the worker was very annoyed and said "you all want everything done fast, we just can't". The only reason this review is the two star instead of one (or zero) is because Bijorn is the only noteworthy person in this company who painstakingly booked me in and apologized to me for my inconveniences.

I was really worried when I was due for my baby and I found a crack in the room's window. Action glass came and replaced within the hour and they made sure the room was spotless by cleaning after the installation including vacuuming! I want to applaud them for taking that extra step of care!

Home broken in, Action Glass replaced my windows, took care to make sure all the glass was cleaned out of the home and the carpet, did all of the repairs and replacement in 1-day. Will definitely recommend them again!

Tech called me and give me approximate estimate. I like the option knowing how much it will cost me and not getting a surprise bill. Job was done quickly, reasonable price and very accurate.

We moved in to a beautiful but small two bedroom apartment. Our bedroom was a nice size but there wasn't a much light coming into the room. The window was fairly large but it had one fatal flaw, it only opened from a small opening at the top. Our place was very warm to begin with and we needed air flow! The boys from Action Glass came excatly when they said they would and in less time than I had expected they installed a window that opened wide....Fresh air! Very respectful when entering our place and they cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. Class act.

We had a window that only opened from the top so our room was constantly stuffy and stagnant - not healthy. They came soon after we called and dsigned a window that we had described. They were able to quickly and efficiently construct the exact window we needed and then installed it very quickly. Very impressed. Thank you Action Glass!
