Stain is chipping off within 6 months.
Lock handle broke off within 6 months
Sean did not return calls and then disappeared - re-emerged as Giant Door
Had to resolve lock issues myself and still trying to resolve the chips

I got door installed 2 years ago. I noticed problems right away. They did not do a good installation and used cheap material. Problem with water leakage. I myself had to finish the caulking. No after sales service . No one willing to come to see what they did. Total disappointment.

As the previous review stated, this company Greentech and their other company names includnig patiodoors.ca, GiantDoor manufacturing inc, and windowsanddoorstoronto.ca are the same owners. Asi and Sean (the owners) think they are getting away with not providing the required follow up customer service. Their doors are poor quality. They don't return calls or emails. In the end karma will fix these guys and word travels fast, especially on social media. All my associates and contacts will know about and be warned to avoid these guys. Don't order any doors or windows from these people.

Since Putting in my front door two years ago I have had nothing but trouble. It's falling apart and don't feel secure. Pins falling off the door hinges, paint rubbing off doors, trim under door is broken and I've sent pics, emails, texts and phone calls and now the number is disconnected, so I think because of the shoddy jobs have closed their doors. How sorry I am to have bought from them.

This was the best job we have done at our house. Excellent work, Percise and clean. Also the house was cleaned of all the dust and picess of wood, etc.

In March, I ordered a replacement entry door system for our home to replace a standard Jeld-Wen entry door system. It was measured incorrectly by GreenTech and the door and sidelights that were installed May 1 are too short and not wide enough. The door they installed is shorter than a standard sized door and my step-son now has to duck to come in our front door! The door / sidelights are no longer even with the large windows on either side which is unsightly from both the outside and inside. In addition, the installer cut and cracked the existing very wide (expensive) wooden interior trim and it needs to be replaced. GreenTech will not return calls or respond to correspondence (email and registered mail) on the subject.
