When I started my search for contractors, I was skeptical of Omega Windows and Doors because of their perfect 10 star rating. A perfect score; there must have been some fake reviews. HOWEVER, after seeing the finished project I am extremely happy to say I was wrong. I had quotes from 3 other companies (Casa Bella, Canadian Choice, Clera) for a brick to brick window placement for ~7-8K each. What distinguished Omega was their lower price: ~6K with lifetime warranty. Installation was three weeks after the order date and only took an afternoon to install. Our home is about 50+ years old, so the wood around the windows were all rotten; in addition to since we had larger than normal windows, the price for warranty would be larger than what a normal sized window would be. Omega covered the extra cost in addition to doing a thorough cleaning and replacement for each window. I have had my fair share of disastrous renovations and horrible contractors and it was an extreme pleasure to work with Omega and is highly recommended.
