About a year ago, we decided to go with Omega Windows and Doors to replace 9 windows and a siding back door. We were amazed with the work and professional attitude of Yuri, Mike and the rest of the crew. Last night, we had a problem with our sliding door lock and so I called Yuri this morning. Hours (emphasis) later, both he and Mike are at my door step, with a smile and begin to work on the lock. It turns out that the lock shifted up, as a result of our repeated use and just needed an adjustment; all at no cost. To drive all the way to North Scarborough, only hours after our phone call shows the quality of customer service and dedication that Omega Windows & Doors holds itself to. When I started my search for contractors, I was skeptical of Omega Windows and Doors because of their perfect 10 star rating. A perfect score; there must have been some fake reviews. HOWEVER, after seeing the finished project I am extremely happy to say I was wrong. I had quotes from 3 other companies (Casa Bella, Canadian Choice, Clera) for a brick to brick window placement for ~7-8K each. What distinguished Omega was their lower price: ~6K with lifetime warranty. Installation was three weeks after the order date and only took an afternoon to install. Our home is about 50+ years old, so the wood around the windows were all rotten; in addition to since we had larger than normal windows, the price for warranty would be larger than what a normal sized window would be. Omega covered the extra cost in addition to doing a thorough cleaning and replacement for each window. I have had my fair share of disastrous renovations and horrible contractors and it was an extreme pleasure to work with Omega and is highly recommended.
