An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My house is 3 floors, all of which had wainscoting in every hallway and every room which is a light brown stain color. That really contrasted badly with the white walls. It may have been easier to just have the house repainted to match rather than replace the wainscoting but it seemed to me that the particular wood color used wouldn’t match well with anything light, not to mention the wood seemed to be of poor quality.
While browsing their website looking at some designs for the new wainscoting I saw a lot of their paint work as well. So in the end I had both done as the white walls had dulled over time and I wanted it to look new again. The wainscoting is now white oak and the walls were repainted nice off white with what I was assured is a high quality natural paint that will not dull as quickly as the previous paint. we are very happy with their work and highly recommend Ramin and his team to every one.
