I recently wanted to rent out my basement. Me and my wife wanted the basement to be exactly like we wanted it to be. Fresh Home Innovations done a really amazing job, I personally think they are the best basement revonators.

I was looking for someone to renovate my entire house, After days of digging up i found out Fresh Home Innovations. At first I wanted a realy professional and luxurious renovation and I was worried. But when they completed the project it turned out AMAZING!

Fresh Home Innovations did an amazing job on our full home renovation and half of the  second floor addition project. The whole time we only communicated and talked to Arash & Ramin about everything & they provided input when needed, and still adhered to our rather detailed vision. From Start to finish  all the work proceeded steadily and without any delay. All their crews  were super  neat and quick and quality work was precise. This wasn't an easy project as many contractors that we contacted, they didn't have enough experience or knowledge about addition and we only felt comfortable with FHI and these guys did so many home addition jobs and they gave us many references to talk to. We asked their previous clintes many questions and one of their recent clients invited us to see their house as they were so happy with the FHI company.  We loved all their design and finishes and decided to hire them for our project. During the project  Work areas were kept neat and clean all the time and all the new flooring was   well protected throughout construction. Cost was very reasonable as there weren't any extras or surprises at all and we added some additional work too and asked them to finish the basement for us as well.  We highly recommend them to everyone and gladly asked them to use us as references for future clients.

All tiles were cut on the machine, without chips, despite the fact that they are glossy. Tile seams match up with floor seams. The craftsmen independently chose the grout exactly to match the tile. In the shower cabin, we made a slope towards the ladder, the water does not stagnate anywhere. Everything is very high quality.

My project was renovating our old 2 storey home including the kitchen and all the bathrooms, and changing the layout of the second floor creating a new room. 'kids’ rooms'. I chose FHI and their team at Fresh Home Innovations through my brother-in-law who had previously hired them for his own renovations.  He spoke highly of them so I decided to call them and have him come in so I could decide for myself. I felt very comfortable and confident in his skills and knowledge. For what I had in mind, they showed me an abundant amount of examples, from which I chose to incorporate some into my project. We were planning on taking a long vacation middle of the project when the renovations started, and we did just that.  The goal was for the project to be completed by the time we returned. Upon return, we were impressed and delighted with our new house. Everything was clean and they even cleaned out the ventilation system and the air inside the house for my kids.  They even installed towel warmers for all our baths, which I found very thoughtful. I am a hard skeptic when it comes to labour work, and I must admit that for once I was blown away and impressed by the work done in my house.  Thanks Fresh Home Innovations &  Thank your team again on my behalf.

We really, truly love the entire design and function of our new Condo! It is bright, open and so beautiful; from fixtures, finishings (love that crown moulding and baseboards), flooring, cabinets, countertop, tiles, vanities, paint colors - you name it! Their designer 'Ramin' was lovely to deal with and his design ideas—combined with ours of course ;)—made our home what it is today: perfect for us and 'the gang'. We appreciated that they were always accommodating and accessible. They had great ideas, and respected ours. Altogether, it was a good experience and we would recommend (and already have) FHI team to anyone. All of the staff were very professional and easy to talk with. We appreciated that Arash was available and if he wasn't immediately, he got back to us right away. We liked that if we had questions on how things were being done he took time to explain why and how. Their finishing and workmanship is beautiful throughout the unit. Having quality in every corner of the condo is something that was important to us and we are quite proud of it. Their trades are top notch. The care and attention to detail was impressive to say the very least. We felt nothing but comfort and confidence having them renovate our condo. They were punctual, caring and beyond considerate. I also noticed how much respect they have for each other ('Arash & Ramin', and for the company). There is a lot of pride there and I can see why they have such a loyal and dedicated bunch of trades and customers. I learned a lot. Thanks again for everything. We had interviewed other renovation companies and had heard of many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong contractors. (owners) were always professional, patient, and most importantly available anytime I had a question or needed suggestions. Their staff were also very responsive and respectful. They did a complete re-design/renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment (approx 1800 sq ft.). Amazing attention to details and incredibly accessible and transparent. Thoroughly impressed with 'Fresh Home Innovations' Arash and Ramin and their team. We recently bought an older house in Toronto for which we needed to renovate pretty much the entire interior. The team at Fresh Home Innovations were a pleasure to work with and could not have been more professional. They were quick to respond from the start, answered our many questions and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! The build staff was on time every day and made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. One of our window screens was damaged during the build but George dealt with the replacement right away at no charge. We would definitely work with them again.
