From the first moment we reached out to Toronto Tree Removal to the very end when the crew cleaned up and left, we had a very good experience all the way through. Wow. This is how tree service should be. Mr Hill came by to give me a quote. Very professional. He seemed to know his stuff describing the issue with our Maple tree. Every other agent who has come by just want to cut it down to the ground. But that would be too easy. And we'd hate to see this tree go. Mr Hill said he'll do a thorough quotation and will get back to us. We were in no hurry anyway since we've been looking for a decent arborist for the last two years. We were looking for someone who cares about their line of work. And we had a feeling we found it in Mr Hill. The following week the crew came by. Again, very professional. It's the kind of crew you'd wish you were working amongst them. They had equipment and thich fat ropes setup for safety, etc. All this was done in a matter of I can't even remember... very short time. And they looked like they were really taking their sweet time. Meticulous work. Cutting all those troublesome branches like silverware through butter. It was fun to watch. I felt like a child watching with much fascination at the crew working in unison. One regret was that we didn't film the work. That would've been a great documentary on Youtube. Koodos to this arborist crew. Thorough cleanup afterwards. Great work. We would hire them again. This is the second time we hired Toronto Tree Removal to trim a tree and as always, i was impressed with their professionalism, quote, and work. They cared about the well being of the tree and provided me with good advice on which branches to trim. They were on time, worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up. And it was a pleasure dealing with Aaron, Heather, and all the team. I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend this company enough. Aaron, who did the inspection, was knowledgeable, personable and on time. It was an amazing price for the amount of work I had done. I have used arborists before and this was the best price AND BEST JOB I've ever had. It was a very good size crew (and they were all terrific and a pleasure to have in my backyard) so it was done quickly. They didn't leave a trace of debris and were very careful to preserve my mature garden despite removing huge limbs right above it. Not a flower was damaged. I am so glad I found this company and these people.

Don’t bother looking elsewhere. These people are professional, courteous, efficient and deliver. We had to have a large Maple tree removed. They helped with the permit and schedular did accordingly. Hard working friendly people.

Aaron came over to give us a quote for pruning our massive oak tree. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to provide the right advice. Their quote was also very reasonable (we got 4 other quotes, so we did our homework). The crew came over first thing in the morning and completed the work. They did a fantastic job. I just recommended it to a friend who needs to have his tree pruned as well. I'm sure calling them when it's time to prune our tree again.

I had a large 60+ year old Norway maple that was never pruned or taken care off. Toronto tree removal roped down the branches in between cable service lines, houses and cars. They grinded down the stump, and it looks like there was never a tree there. The employees were nice and professional and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for all of your tree removal needs

Arron provided me with a prompt and informative onsite review and estimate of work needing to be done to my Manitoba Maple. He also explained the entire process from the City of Toronto for applying for the permit and the costs involved--he was the only person who did this for us. Arron followed up promptly with the written estimate via e-mail and easy access for contact. He had prompt and polite initial contact and during the onsite review answered all my questions and concerns. Arron was respectful of the questions and concerns regarding work to be done and the and arrangements for the day for my dogs.
