Although I like the windows (which considering the price should be of the best of quality) I am very unsatisfied with the installation process, the warranty process and general foll0w-up service. Everything was delayed, the subcontractor was not who was listed as the installer (the head installer was on vacation), the installer signed that the job was complete when 3 windows had yet to be installed. The customer, NOT INSTALLER, was to supposed to sign to confirm completion of job. They did not follow the Pella installation protocol so windows were drafty and the warranty would have been nullified. I had them reinstalled. The thresh hold on my $12,000 door came off after 3 openings and I still haven't received replacement part (plus it is $150 minimum for any labor charge). Trouble getting through on phone (chalk up to COVID) but never got return e-mail. I would recommend looking elsewhere for windows.

I can't recommend this company enough. Aaron, who did the inspection, was knowledgeable, personable and on time. It was an amazing price for the amount of work I had done. I have used arborists before and this was the best price AND BEST JOB I've ever had. It was a very good size crew (and they were all terrific and a pleasure to have in my backyard) so it was done quickly. They didn't leave a trace of debris and were very careful to preserve my mature garden despite removing huge limbs right above it. Not a flower was damaged. I am so glad I found this company and these people.

I am so glad I found Eric. He was extremely personable, punctual, reasonable and ready to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect - and then some. He offered to do an extra unrelated small repair while he was up on the ladder and I had to fight with him to take some extra money. You'll like him and you'll like his service. I can't recommend him highly enough. I also got a quote for window cleaning which was significantly lower than previous quotes I had gotten. Will be calling him for that.

We were so impressed with Yuri's thoroughness, attention to detail, reliability and responsiveness to ongoing questions. We had had windows installed improperly causing heat loss. Yuri's in depth analysis, the quality of the thermal imaging and the very rigorous conditions he established to best test our windows, very specifically and clearly established for the installer where and what the problems were for the re-install. We are so glad we did this and it accorded great peace of mind by supplying the desperately needed hard facts. Can't recommend Yuri highly enough. In fact I asked him for business cards to share with my friends who are doing rennovations.

First of all you have to work with Janine Keeble at this store. I worked with her when she was at another location in Muskoka and when it came to doing bathroom renovations in Toronto, I tracked her down to Tiles Plus. She's that good. Tiles Plus has a great selection, Janine knows EVERYTHING about her products, how to put them together and seems to be a mind reader about your price points and style desires. With her help was able to get all the materials for a 3 bathroom renovation ordered in a hour - and I loved the stuff and the price. And then when I needed more material (I changed my mind about something), she spent a day finding the out of stock material for me at a warehouse. Definitely the extra mile. Great showroom, great products, great prices, great sense of design and great people. You will not be alone in this process. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unbelievably fast, meticulous, and great to work with. Loved Gerhard's crew including, Nuco and Kyle. (Gerhard - the contractor, was terrific.) I had one full bathroom renovation with new shower, vanity, floors, toilet, electrical..,, powder room renovation with new toilet, sink, floor.. and then an extra toilet and tub installed in third bath. With all that and painting, removing two cast iron tubs and many other extras - all done in seven days and left clean and perfect. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Had to restrain myself from hugging them when they left. Be advised that they do require you to have all the materials at site when they start. The price does not include materials.
