Very bad experience with this company. Henney is great before you sign the contract. He will spend a lot of time with you, answer all your calls, e-mails, questions, etc. After they've got you, it's a different story. They were not able to start work on my project on the day they originally told me. I was fine with them starting a few days later, but specifically told them that when they do start, I didn't want the job to drag on so I wouldn't be stuck without a place to park my car. They told me that they don't do that like other companies. Yeah, right! My project took two weeks, but half the time they were somewhere else working on another project. Mine was left at a standstill or with a couple of rookie workers.
<br /><br />The workmanship overall was not very good. They laid the pavers in rows (instead of interlocking them), so when they started to shift, you can clearly see they are not straight. The pavers aren't even, some are higher, some are lower. They didn't use edge guards or borders. They didn't use or offer polymeric sand.
<br /><br />After the project was done, I noticed problems like water pooling in some spots and cap stones installed the wrong way so that the unfinished side was showing. I called and e-mailed and was completely ignored. After one winter, my steps had sunk and were very uneven. I called them again and talked to Henney. He said he would come look. He didn't show when he said he would. I called him again. He again said he would come look. He again didn't show when he said he would.
<br /><br />The good thing about them is that their price is very low. I would recommend them if you want to fix up your house and sell it right away.
