My wife and I found a home we both really loved in Cloverdale.
Having lived in a condo for the past 5 years we were very excited to make the move to a single dwelling home. We decided to hire Sean because we found he had a huge review base and almost everyone gave him a 10 out of 10. We were not disappointed and he lived up to that 10 star rating. He was very thorough and walked us through everything he saw, explaining it so even a layman like myself could understand. On top of that he supplied us with a very extensive report complete with all information and pictures to explain his findings. Thanks again Sean!!

Sean was very quick in returning my initial call and despite the short time frame I had, was able to fit me in for the home inspection. He arrived right on time and did a very thorough inspection of the condo and the building. He was happy to allow me to shadow him and ask questions. We used Sean Moss home inspection for a recent home inspection for a property we were interested in purchasing. Sean was very professional and accommodating during the entire inspection day. I am happy that I selected Sean to be my home inspector. He was professional, enthusiastic and willing to help his client. He did the inspection carefully and diligently and walked me through after it. The explanation he made while walking me through is clear and to the point. On the same day of the inspection, he sent me a comprehensive report with description of the results and suggestion for corrections and repairs. Some days later he called me to make sure that I am really helped by his job.

We called Sean based in his great reviews online, and even though we didn't book very far in advance, he happened to have a cancellation and was willing to fit us in, even rearranging his schedule on that day to fit ours.
Sean did a great job walking us through the inspection and was willing to answer any questions we had along the way. Even for questions outside his field of expertise, he was willing to talk to other contacts of his and got back to us very quickly with answers.
His report arrived quickly and was thorough and easily readable, and went beyond detailing immediate problems to give maintenance tips and suggestions for future upgrades. He also offered to keep in contact if we have any questions in the future.
Overall Sean went above and beyond what we expected and we'd definitely recommend him.

We chose Sean for our home inspection and couldn't be happier with the results. The first thing about Sean is that he is very personable and knowledgeable. He spent the entire day inspecting our older house an created a road map for us prioritizing the key issues so that I know what to work on first. Sean is not afraid to get dirty - inspecting the crawl space to the attic and will be able to identify hazards most regular home owners cant.
