My wife and I found a home we both really loved in Cloverdale. Having lived in a condo for the past 5 years we were very excited to make the move to a single dwelling home. We decided to hire Sean because we found he had a huge review base and almost everyone gave him a 10 out of 10. We were not disappointed and he lived up to that 10 star rating. He was very thorough and walked us through everything he saw, explaining it so even a layman like myself could understand. Hello Kent, no question moving from a condo to a home is a completely different set of circumstances. More maintenance details that you have control over, but more work to keep everything tip top.
