Sean did a very thorough home inspection for me.last week He is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. During the five and a half hour inspection, he didn't mind me shadowing him and asking him all kinds of questions. After the inspection, I have a very good understanding of the condition of the property. His 40 page report also gives me a guideline of how to properly maintain this house. Our inspection with Sean was absolutely the best money spent in our first home buying experience. He is incredibly thorough, straight-forward, and generally a great guy. He spent the entire afternoon at our place going over every detail and we've been able to refer back to our inspection report multiple times throughout our renovation process to cross check information Sean provided us with. We feel entirely secure in our purchase after Sean's inspection- and it's all worked out so far (renos half done as of right now)! We hired Sean in the past to do a presale inspection on our townhouse and we were very satisfied with his work. Recently, we noticed some possible mold in our basement and had concerns. We called Sean and he made time for us very quickly, performing a thorough inspection complete with infrared camera and pinpointed the cause - a minor leak in the bathroom above. He also provided sound advice on fixing the problem and carefully inspected the surrounding area to ensure nothing was missed.
