Sean did a very thorough home inspection for me.last week He is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. During the five and a half hour inspection, he didn't mind me shadowing him and asking him all kinds of questions. After the inspection, I have a very good understanding of the condition of the property. His 40 page report also gives me a guideline of how to properly maintain this house.
