THE VERDICT: JMT gets top marks for one simple reason: it's clear that John will bend over backwards to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
THE PROJECT: I hired JMT to do a straightforward roof replacement on a ~50-year-old home (two layers of asphalt shingles removed, plywood installed over shiplap, new asphalt shingles installed, gutters replaced).
