THE VERDICT: JMT gets top marks for one simple reason: it's clear that John will bend over backwards to make sure you are a satisfied customer. THE PROJECT: I hired JMT to do a straightforward roof replacement on a ~50-year-old home (two layers of asphalt shingles removed, plywood installed over shiplap, new asphalt shingles installed, gutters replaced). ENGAGING JMT: It took a few tries to get a proper quote from John but when it came, it was competitive. (I collected five quotes and was surprised how hard they were to collect.) WORKMANSHIP: I'm a first-time homeowner. Despite a walk-through with John and a visual inspection suggesting good workmanship, I won't pretend to have any perspective on the true quality of the work performed. Short of an official inspection, only time will tell. Clean up was thorough. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE: What I do have perspective on is the experience dealing with John and his crew(s) - they were responsive, friendly and professional. Importantly, I have no doubt that John will make himself available if I need anything down the road, related to this job or otherwise. It's that kind of commitment to his customers that means I would recommend John and JMT to anyone considering a new roof.

My crap was just sitting around collecting ugly dust and I got sick of it so I thought I'd give Tailor Your Space a try. Isaac was easy to deal with from the start, and my own stuff looks interesting to me again. Totally worth the money given all the compliments I get. Would do it again in a second if I moved to another space.
