High Tech Appliance Service

My Whirlpool Duet washer wouldn't drain. I googled appliance repairs and came across Hightech appliance service. All of the reviews commented on the excellent service provided by Atiar. I called late at night and he came the next day. Atiar did an excellent job and replaced by pump and cleaned out my hoses. I highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs.

Our gas oven / range stopped working and it appeared to my husband and I that the igniter was not working. I called Atiar and gave him brand and model #, he came the same afternoon (within the hour) with the part and repaired it within an hour. Atiar was polite, friendly, efficient, professional and careful with my floors. He was reasonably priced. i know this because another repair man had quoted me 50% more for the same repair / part! I highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service.

I called High Tech to repair my dishwasher in April. He had to order a part, but returned as promised a few days later to complete the repair. While he was here, I asked him to look at my gas oven, which was taking a long time to start. He told me the igniter needed to be replaced, which he promptly fixed. Less than 2 months later, my oven conked out on a Sat night. I called High Tech at 9 am on Sun morning, and he came 3hrs later. He said the igniter must have been faulty, and replaced it immediately, at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the service. I would certainly call them again for any repairs, and would recommend them to friends.

About a month a go my wife and i had a problem with our washer,so we called a company to come over to resolve this issue. A technician came over and looked at our washer and took everything apart saying that we need to replace a few things in order to solve the problem that we had. so weeks passed and nobody called us and we were still without our washer, we were so frustrated and upset, we decided to cancell their service and then that's when we found Hightech Appliance Service. From the moment we called Atiar he came to our place an hour later. He was polite and friendly and committed to do his best for his clients.He was honest about the price, and finally he got our washer back to work again. we were very happy about his service and we would definately call him again if we have any problems with our appliances.

All of a sudden, mid-load, my washer started making funny sounds. It stopped draining and there was a burning smell. Unable to finish that load, and worried cause it was Saturday, I looked thru Homestars and found Atiar. He answered the phone,gave me an afternoon slot, and when I said I was leaving on a trip that day, he moved up my slot.
Showed up a few hours later, on time, gave me my options and when I chose the repair, got to work immediately.
Washer was good as new half an hour later.
Atiar is polite, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend him!

We came home after a day out to find our fridge and freezer (stock full of groceries from the previous day) were not cooling. Although it was 830 in the evening when I called, Atiar came over within an hour and promptly identified the problem and fixed the fridge/freezer. He was courteous and professional and efficient. I have already recommended him to two more people and would call him back to help out with any other appliance repair that may be needed! Thank you for excellent service when we needed it the most!

Hightech responded to our call for an emergency repair and was at our house within a half hour of our call. With two young children we were grateful that he made the time to come so quickly! Bobby identified the problem quickly and explained to us exactly what he would be doing. He was helpful, professional and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend him!

I called Atiar after we were having problems with our Bosch dishwasher. He came out for the first service call and upon inspect said that while he was happy to order parts, it would be in our best interest to purchase a new dishwasher given the part + installation would be about $450. He recommended a new Bosch that was on sale for $500. We had him back to install the new dishwasher. Installation was on time, clean and very efficient. Aman, who works with him was EXTREMELY polite and a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend this company, as I used others in the past who were not as reliable or honest has High Tech.

Atiar came promptly to my place to look at my broken washing machine. Unfortunately there was nothing he could do on the spot, but decided to order the broken component right away. Because it would have taken too much to deliver the component, I decided to make different arrangements. Atiar has cancelled the service charge because the problem has not been fixed. His honesty has impressed me deeply. I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family!

Great service from High-tech Appliances. After purchasing a commercial range hood - the motor needed to be replaced. Atiar came on time, was courteous and polite and very informative. With speedy and precise installation my range hood now works like a gem. Amazing service would recommend anyone that needed any appliance repair!!! Thanks very much Hightech Appliance Services!
