They did a good job installing the new vinyl windows to replace our old metal framed windows. We had no problems with the windows since the renovation. Their price was quite a bit lower than other companies that provided estimates.

We replaced all our windows and used Retrotek Windows to replace and install. Overall, the crew did a good job installing the windows, however, there were a couple window that are harder to open than others.

i used retrotech windows for the 3rd time for my 3rd house. i gave them a ton of referrels. i was too lazy to price around. i thought i was getting a great price, but on my 4th house, i finally did some pricing and realized there are much better deals out there. they did an ok job but pricing was not great

I needed to replace all the windows for the entire house (15 windows total) and one patio screen door. Initial appointment for measuring was done efficiently and professionally. The representative took the time to explain all the options available for the different styles and function. He was very polite and patient. All 15 windows and 1 door was installed in one day and they cleaned up rather well afterwards. I didn't notice much damage to the areas of the wall where the new window was installed. The windows look great and all open smoothly and haven't had any problems with them. The screens are all easy to remove and replace as well.

After purchasing our second home a co worker recommended Reto Window. We have also heard of the company from local flyers, so we knew the company's been around. After researching+ checking them out with the BBB + also got a few comparison quotes we went with them. We like their warranty & competative pricing. Sales rep was very good, explained the beneits of new vinyl window vs the old metal ones.
Our house had a lot of drafts, even with storm windows. The Crue was very friendly. Very good price for changing windows for entire house.

We did have to call them back for some extra caulking though in our bathroom window, when it rained really hard we had minor rain come in. After service call, they came very promtly... No other issues. Would recommend!

We changed to new windows for the entire house. We found this company through a friend, who said it was very good. A sale's rep came to our house and measured all the windows and gave us a quote. We were satisfied with the quote, and we agreed to the job. But as soon as we did that, the sales rep said he thought he forgot to include one more window, and gave us a new quote, which was of course higher than the first one. And later we found out that he's measurements were off. The window company was good, but that sales person was not.

Replaced all my windows in my home, was quite satisfied with their work. The came in the morning, removed all my windows then replace them all in just one day. Incredibly fast for such a big job, Satisfied except the caulking around the windows started to crack and shrink after several months. I call them back to recaulk them, but never received a call back. I then called a handyman to come in to caulk around all the windows which costed me only $ 100. Still satisfied with Retro's job.

I had Retrotek windows replace 4 of my back windows. The windows were installed very quickly but I would have hoped that more care be taken when removing my old windows. The stucco cracked and I had to refinish one of the window sills. Additionally, one of the screens had a small hole in it, which was never replaced, even after calling them and informing them.

Needed all my single pane windows replaced when I bought my house 3 years ago. These guys were quick to give me a quote and were very reasonably priced. On the day of work. a small army showed up and had all 13 windows and a patio door replaced. They vaccumed up all the broken glass and cleaned my windows. It was all over in less than 4 hrs. Wow ! These guys were fast and did a clean job. Very satisfied.

Retro tech came to replace some windows in the house and the service was fine at the time, but the product wasn't. Two of the four windows that they installed leaked and weren't sealed properly. A year later the windows still have not been repaired, we are very disappointed.
