I had a 40 foot tall cherry tree in my backyard that was out of control. It was an old tree so I called these guys to see whether it needed to be cut down or just pruned. They came by and gave me some good advice. In the end, we decided to prune the tree back. Glad we did because now we get fantastic cherries every year when we never did before and it provides valuable shade that I never realized how important it was. These guys know their stuff - tru professionals. Tree looks a lot tidier than before. They were quick and clean up was all taken care of.

I had squirrels living in my chimney. Call Ideal to have a look at the problem. J Khan showed up and was able to capture 5 baby squirrels nesting in my fireplace. Mommy quirrel was out getting food. I had to help him hold a plastic garbage can while he reached in to grab each of the babies one by one for catch and release. Then he went up on the roof to install chicken wire to block the chimney. Later that afternoon, mommy squirrel came back and freaked out for days. After a while, she never came back and I have been squirrel free ever since. Even more significant was the fact that J Khan spotted a carpenter ant problem that I didn't know I ever had while he was here for the squirrels. I did not eventually use his services for the ants, but I owe him a big thanks for helping to spot the problem for me before it was too late.

I had a big problem with Carpenter ants getting into my house. These guys did a great job of getting rid of my problem. They sprayed chemicals into the exterior walls, inside my house, and along the outside perimeter. A month later, a found a few more ants walking around so these guys came back to do a second application without any extra charge. They guarenteed their work for 2 yrs. It's been 2 yrs now and I haven't had any ant sightings since. What a relief ! Thes guys are good and very informative. Gave me some good tips to avoid problems from re-occuring.

Way over-priced. No free estimates. Charges for every service call. Little jobs easily turn into bigger jobs somehow. Seemed to take a long time to get the job completed. Had to keep following up to see when they would come back to finish the job. Big name brand company with trucks everywhere, but service did not live up to my expectations. At least the workmanship seems to be satisfactory.

I hired these guys to dig out my dirt-filled driveway and pave over it with new ashphalt. These guys were not the cheapest pavers that gave me quotes, but the work they did was top notch. They were professional and efficient and did a clean job. 3 years later, I have had no problems and still looks brand new. Recommend any day.

Needed all my single pane windows replaced when I bought my house 3 years ago. These guys were quick to give me a quote and were very reasonably priced. On the day of work. a small army showed up and had all 13 windows and a patio door replaced. They vaccumed up all the broken glass and cleaned my windows. It was all over in less than 4 hrs. Wow ! These guys were fast and did a clean job. Very satisfied.

Not the cheapest roofer I called, but got exactly what I paid for. No hidden extra charges. Work was done very efficiently and professional. Would recommend to any one. Happy with the workmanship.
