Eco Choice Windows & Doors

We are very pleased with our new windows. Our salesperson was Anthony and he was great to deal with to start the process.
We had 12 windows and a set of sliding doors replaced on a very cold, windy day that also had episodes of freezing rain. The installation team of Iurii and crew were polite, courteous and professional. Iurii and crew were absolutely fantastic.

Did a great job on our windows. Easy to contact, installed them nicely. Happy with our purchase.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The quality of the doors are amazing. I can’t believe how much warmer the house is now that these Energy Star rated doors have been installed. Yes there was a supply issue that everyone is aware of however that was communicated from the beginning including an ETA of when the goods would be available. The people who installed the doors did a great job including clean up and a walk through on the new doors.

Eco Choice came highly recommended from family and friends. After getting a couple of other quotes and comparing them to Eco Choice I knew I had made the right choice. The professionalism, patience and expert advice were by far the best. From the initial sales call and office calls in between they were always willing to assist and available to answer all my questions and discuss my concerns. The install was done in a timely and professional manner. Beautiful work and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend Eco Choice for windows and doors.

Joe did a great job walking us through the process of choosing replacement windows for the upper floor of our 90+ year old house. Dave and Sandro did a nice job on the installation - particularly in the shower which required some extra care within the tilework and to seal off from interior moisture. They were also able to correct and improve some of the decades old legacy installation work which showed signs of leakage and rot. We won't hesitate to call Eco Choice again when the time comes to replace some of the other old windows in our home.

We just had our front and back exterior doors replaced. I was moved to write a review because the entire experience and workmanship with Eco Choice was absolutely incredible.

Joe, our salesperson, was communicative throughout the process, checking in as things moved along. When he initially came to take a look and talk options/costs, it felt like a conversation with someone truly interested in getting you what you wanted, and not 'salesy' in the least. He immediately understood the feel and look we were aiming for (clean and modern) and had great recommendations that would fit with our home's style.

Tural and his install team did impeccable work. As a former tradesperson myself, I do not use these words lightly!!! I’m extremely impressed at the quality and finish of everything right down to the gorgeous caulking job and solid finish carpentry work. They even stayed quite late to complete it, on a Friday evening no less, and I appreciate they didn’t rush anything.

When we have the budget to replace the windows in our home, I won't hesitate to come right back to Eco Choice!

Our hardwood floor was REPLACED when we moved in 4 YEARS ago and they left the floors looking like a PIG STY after the window installation. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES. I paid $13,900+ to replace all windows in our semi, except for one window. They did the work March 10,2022 and the pictures will show the amount of dirt they left on the property. They put few drop cloths on the floor but after an hour into the installation, they removed them, so I got muddy shoeprints of 3 people (going in and out of the house) all over the floor. There is not a spot on the floor without the mud. When I send these photos, I got excuses in return, NO APOLOGIES. I was told by Terry, the salesperson that when you are doing home renovations, this is expected and that it is in the contract. After spending close to midnight cleaning the 2nd floor and another 3 hours cleaning the main floor the next day, I got a call at around 6:30 PM the next day from one of the workers who told me he is coming by to remove the mounds of TAR (BLACK STICKY SUBSTANCE) LEFT ON THE HARDWOOD FLOOR. When I told him we already called someone to remove them, he replied that the tar came from our window and that if he saw it, he would have removed it. I just scratched my head because IF THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO JUST EVEN SWEEPING, HOW COULD THEY MISSED THESE MOUNDS OF STICKY SUBSTANCE on the floor.
Sure we have new windows now BUT our FLOOR IS RUINED. We cannot bring back the luster of the wood. They also damaged a wall and left tar stains on the kitchen cabinet door. Our alarm got disconnected on 3 areas and I was told it is to be expected and not their responsibility.
So lesson here, if you are contracting this company to do your window, BE PREPARED physically and emotionally for what is to come. Best of LUCK to you, it's too late for me!!!

The communication from this company or should I say the lack thereof is appalling. It would be in their best interest to put better policies in place regarding their customer care before, during and after the sale.

I got my basement windows and front door replaced. The windows were smaller than expected. The front door looks great but afterward we found out that the installers had cracked a tile in the floor during install.

I contacted the company and they responded right away but then never got back to me. It has been several weeks so now I'm posting a review to warn others.

Edit to add: the company got back to me. They didn't offer to fix the floor or to compensate us for fixing it. They literally said "sorry to hear you had a bad experience" and that was that.
