Bell, Rogers, Telus, all banks and airlines: go study Ecochoice Windows and doors customer service personnel, installers and business model to learn about extraordinary customer service. Gabriel (sales), was by far the most attentive, attuned, thoughtful, thorough, proactive sales rep of the three companies we considered. His continuous follow up reassured us that all was well. No surprises. Alex, the installer, is as much an artisan as installer. He understands and cares for older homes (and the people who live in them). Along with his colleague he was meticulous, thoughtful and very considerate. Their product is outstanding: I was especially concerned about products that can withstand an ever harsher climate and weather patterns (strong winds, large amounts of rain, extreme temps) and these passed all tests. Pricing was extremely fair. This business could teach others about customer service as it should be practiced (versus the type where message platforms, bottom lines and bureaucracy drive all transactions). We will return!
