Ontario Asbestos Removal

Marcello and his very professional crew were my ANGELS sent down from Heaven. When I sold my home and home inspection was done - asbestos was found in the insulation in the attic. Called around to many companies about quotes - didn't like the responses - so I tried one last number that I had found through the internet - Ontario Asbestos Removal. Spoke to Marcello and he totally made me feel at ease, told me "not to worry" and "that everything is going to be okay" He sensed the stress in my voice and kept on reassuring me that "it will be okay and that his company would take good care of me" What a sense of relief that was!!! When he sent me the quote - it was the best price that I had received out of the 5 companies that I had phoned and to top it off he also sent me his 5 certificates of accreditation and sent me references for me to call, which no other company had offered to do.
The day that the work needed to start, Marcello and his crew were punctual and extremely professional. I totally had all the trust in the world to leave my home and not worry about anything.
Marcello knew that I only had 2 weeks to have this completed and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my deadline. His crew were very hard workers and very polite - first day they worked from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in order for my deadline to be met.
I truly want to thank Marcello and crew from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and extremely hard work. Once again Marcello and crew - you were my ANGELS sent from Heaven.

We had decided to replace the boiler system in a renovation. The assessment company told me where the problem areas were: basically a sheet above the boiler and paper wrappings around the pipes.
Marcello was very prompt, responded to my email with a quote the next day and showed up the next day to give a detailed
estimate.
Both Marcello and his men addressed our concerns about safety and procedures to our satisfaction.
He was willing to adjust his schedule to doing the work in the
early evening as I had other work being done on that Saturday.

I contacted Ontario Asbestos about removing vermiculite from my attic. Marcello and his guys were great. I wasn't around much because of a busy work schedule, but he explained the entire process and kept in contact throughout the two days that he worked on the place. He must've sent me about 50 pictures via text message to keep me aware of their progress. The finished result is perfect. He also emailed me detailed paperwork for the asbestos testing. Highly recommended.

We decided to remove asbestos from around our boiler. Once we decided we wanted it to be done immediately. I found Marcello by doing a search and found a recent home star review for a very similar project. When I called he knew the cost and said it could be done in 2 days. Today they came and were finished in a few hours leaving our boiler looking pristine. The worry is now completely gone and Marcella lifted away any future concerns. I am so impressed and enthusiastic and referring his company! 10++++++++++ We have had a lot of different trades in our home in the passed year and Marcello is certainly one the best!

My home is for sale. Needed a quick response to an asbestos issue- Marcello and his men - came through quick - cheapest consultation- amongst the 3 companies bidding for the job... I also had a full oil tank (none wanted to deal with) Marcello took care of this too ...and disposed of the oil environmentally.. I found him polite ..friendly..good hearted ...he and his men did a great job..they worked hard in a small and grungy environment... took care of all jobs ASAP. In fact the second day, my Italain neighbours became familiar with them working on the outside and had them over for .. a lunch to my surprise . Very nice sociable people. Marcello is an honest ..yet very busy gentleman - he will do his best to help and squeeze everything in at a great price..... When you find out that there is asbestos in the new house I bought (postwar bungalow), I was very concerned. I found Marcello's company here on homestars. They did a great an meticulous job. His workers are very respectful of my concerns and our house. The project was overseen by Marcello himself, and led by one of his lead people who has a lot of experience in the industry. Marcello is a champ.He was on time with his team and started right away.He sent me pictures during the whole process room by room to relay the progress.There was an extra room we discovered which had the tiles and he proceeded in the removal of the tiles without saying a word,or an extra charge!

I can't say enough about Marcello and his team. He came to give us a quote (we got three others) and was the most reasonable of all. Then, he said he could come and do the job a few days later and that he personally would supervise and that he would get us an air sample test to show there were no particles of asbestos in our house. He did everything he said he would and more. He showed up on time, was incredibly efficient, and by the end of the day all the asbestos was out of our furnace room. Our furnace room looks better than it ever has because of extra things he did. I could not recommend him highly enough. He is a STAR on Homestars.
