Marcelo Ponciano did an excellent job at my home. His guys were efficient and thorough. He walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable with their work. His team went above and beyond the "scope of work" to ensure the best possible outcome. The guys came when promised and even came back an extra day because one part of the job was more difficult than expected. All this, and they were among the most reasonably-priced operators out there (and I got quotes from many!)

Marcello was a great talker but the work was not. I had a floor removed and the door trim was broke in half..the walls had chunks ripped out. The new steel door had dents in it. Marcello said things would be repaired..month later and no word. The cleaning that was paid for, I'm sure molly maid would have been cheaper and better.

We needed to get our basement, including basement ceiling demolished and removed to renovate. At first we thought we'd do it ourselves but we were worried about asbestos and the thought of tearing down the ceiling was just too daunting for us....so my wife found Ontario Asbestos Removal and spoke to Marcello. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He said he didn't think we'd have asbestos in the celling but once we spoke to him he seemed to pleasant and easygoing and he gave us a great price to remove the ceiling. So we asked him to come and do it asap. his crew were just as friendly and easy going as Marcello and we thought... y not ask them to gut the whole basement for us . Again Marcello gave us a great price and said they wouldn't even make a mess of the upstairs. So we said to go ahead.
They got the whole job done in a day and a half. At one point we saw dust from the basement coming up to our family room so we thought we would have to clean after they were done . But Marcello's crew beat us to it. Dusted our entire den which overlooks the basement and even washed the floors. And the basement is as if the home were just built . Cinder blocks, ceiling joists, and a clean floor .
I would highly recommend Ontario Asbestos Removal for any ceiling, wall or floor removal. Or any other in home services they offer. They were a true pleasure to deal with at a killer price and Marcello and his crew are true gentlemen !!!!

Ontario Asbestos Removal was an amazing company to work with. We had completed our own asbestos lab sampling to make sure everything was good before getting a project going - only to find out we had asbestos in our garage ceiling. I was very concerned - we were about to take that ceiling down in order to put ductwork in for our new furnace. I contacted Marcelo after reading the reviews on HomeStars and was very impressed. He did not upsell me or try to scare me in any way - he actually reassured me that it wasn't as scary as I was thinking and promised to help us. I had a baby in the house and am also pregnant - so he made sure I wasn't afraid. I had another company come in that tried to scare me and gave me a much more expensive quote than Marcelo. Marcelo also was able to get the work done the following day so we didn't have to delay our furnace project. Marcelo is an honest man, doing honest work - we were lucky to find him. Thanks again!!!

Found asbestos in my kitchen (mid renovation) on the friday night before the Thanksgiving weekend. In a panic, my wife and I searched online and called a couple places…we noticed that Ontario Asbestos Removal had a very impressive customer satisfaction rate online so we called Marcello.
In disbelief, Marcello responded to our plea in the very last minute of a long weekend. He sent one of his guys ( Weverton, an amazing gentleman! ) and they finished the job fast and meticulously, and what they charged us was much less than any other quote we had received from others. Later that night , Marcello and his brother, came to visit us to make sure we're satisfied with the job done…which is very nice, old-school and rare to see these days! I highly recommend Ontario Asbestos Removal and can't find any reason to rate their service any less than 10 stars! Great service and very friendly people which is hard to find these days!!! marcello is incredible. my electricians found what they thought was asbestos and notified me. marcello promptly came, told me he was quite certain it wasn't but offered to get lab work done (in 4 hours if i wanted) so electricians could be reassured. very honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. i wouldn't think of getting anyone else.

Professional, Courtesy, Fast Service and Reliable. This is what I encountered when Marcello and his crew helped me with ductwork in my home. They were referred to me by a friend who had used his service recently. I am happy with their efforts to keep within my timeline and price range.

We called in Marcello to quote on removing the asbestos from our ductwork, and some suspicious kitchen floor tiles. He came in on Friday, gave us a very reasonable quote, and the crew came on Saturday to complete the job!
They worked incredibly hard to get the job done, and did an amazing job. As Marcelo says, asbestos removal shouldn't be a licence to rob people of their money. Totally honest, down to earth, friendly, and professional. Marcelo and his crew make me wish I had more asbestos for them to remove. Thanks for a great job!
