They were very efficient in taking out my old drains (kitchen and 2 bathrooms) and replacing them to fit the new fixtures. They did an excellent job installing my new kitchen faucet, 2 new vessel sinks in the bathrooms, and 2 new faucets in the bathrooms. The price could have been lower because the job was not that complicated but I was in a rush to get someone to do the work

Stephen and his team did an amazing job at waterproofing the front exterior of our house. Our house is 100+ years old and we were experiencing mold issues in our basement apartment. We knew we needed to treat the problem from the outside first. We obtained 3 quotes, and comparing them all by square footage, Stephen's quote not only provided the most area of coverage, but was also the most reasonably-priced (by square footage). We were very luck that Stephen and his team were able to start earlier than expected, just before the cold and wet weather set in. We are so happy we will never have to worry about basement mold or damp issues again.

Stephen and his team are fantastic. The work done was very high quality, done on time and on budget and was even less expensive than another company we had used for the other side of our house that didn't do nearly as good a job. Stephen is extremely helpful and responsive. He gave us great advice on what needed to be done. I can't say enough great things about Stephen and his company. Definitely use them!

Stephen and the team from The Waterproofer were wonderful. The job was started and finished on time and for the amount quoted, most unusually these days. The work was a underneath the back deck in cramped quarters. Yet it was done promptly, over the course of 4 days with a minimum of fuss and bother. Stephen was on site regularly checking the process and progress. His men were courteous and professional cleaning up and replacing everything possible. I recommend The Waterproofer to anyone who is looking to get this type of work done.

We recently hired The Waterproofer to repair foundation cracks in our basement.
The Waterproofer was highly recommended by a different contractor with good reason.
For the estimate Stephen was on time, polite and professional (boot covers on-no hesitation).
The repair process and materials were described in detail answering most of my questions
before I could ask them.
The estimate, delivered within minutes of leaving the property, was sound and fair.
The work began within the estimated time and was completed on time. The crew was
punctual, courteous and professional regularly updating and showing me the various
stages of the job. Stephen made regular visits to inspect job site. The clean up was
thorough, including complete replacement of deck boards as promised.
I will definitely use The Waterproofer for future projects.

The team was professional and friendly throughout the job, the foreman was a great communicator, and Steve the owner visited the site everyday, and was always available by phone or email within an hour (but usually within 15 minutes).
