Normally, I am not a fan of calling someone based on the reviews. But with Baydoun, I had incentive of good reviews and good price. Also, another intention I had in my mind for this service call is to try out someone for appliance installation for my new home. So I thought let’s try someone with my OTR Microwave installation. Lucky me, I contacted Marc from Baydoun. With all surprises, it was a good installation and excellent service. Good installation because Loews messed it up. They gave me faulty OTR Microwave. Marc and his guy installed the machine and finally when they checked, the fan was not working properly. Marc asked me to change the machine for my good which I agreed to. After getting proper machine, I called Marc again for the installation. In my mind, I was blaming Loews for extra $100 hit for the installation. But Marc came all the way from Scarborough to Brampton at 7PM and installed the machine 2nd time without any extra fees. I was really surprised to see that in today’s world, especially when gas price is $1.35/lt. That’s why it is rated as good installation and excellent CS!!!
With that, my hunt for the future appliances installation comes to an end. Thanks Marc for the wonderful customer service

needed a same day service call for my washing machine which proved not to be easy to get. After several attempts to other repair companies I call Baydon Appliances. They were willing to accommodate my service call in their full schedule and when the technician that was supposed to come to my place got tied up, Mark, the owner, promptly offered to come himself. He was very courteous and professional. After checking the machine thoroughly he told me it was fine and didn’t need any repairs.
Great to have honest,knowledgeable and reliable technicians when you need.
I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We booked this company based on these reviews, and wow, we were not disappointed!
Mark and Peter came by to install our dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. They were very friendly and helpful and also very well presented (many of these guys come looking dirty and smelly).
There was an existing issue with our dishwasher which meant that Mark had to come back the next day, Saturday, to finish the job - and he didn't even charge us another call-out fee for that.
They arrived when they said they were going to come, and the price was exactly what we were quoted.
They also moved around our existing appliances for us, and then took them away when Mark returned. No complaints, and always friendly and smiley.
I couldn't recommend this company more!

Initial assessment was not very satisfactory. However Marc (Owner) was VERY responsive, and came out immediately to re-assess the problem.
Simple fix!
The Fridge is back in action.

Mark from Baydoun did an excellent job on all installations. He refused to cut corners and took his time. He even returned at no charge to fix a problem caused by a different company.

Baydoun's Peter, whose last name I do not know, was very professional and helpful, almost like dad advising his kid about what to do with the fridge. The truant fridge was up and running in a day even though it needed a bit of work. I would call Baydoun again in a heartbeat.

They were punctual, the quality of the service was very good. A few hours after the installation was done, we noticed a very small leak in the pipe connection and Mark was prompt to come and fix it. It was just a matter of tighten up a little bit more the ring. Very polite, professional and I will recommend to friends.

Found Baydon on home stars. Appointment the next day. They came in to review the job and went to purchase the required parts. Installation done in a finished kitchen so they had to pass the line under the cabinet. Clean and fast job. Highly recommended.

It is hard to find good appliance repair companies at a reasonable price. Baydoun has done several repairs for me and I would definately recommend them. The technician cared about his work and communicated well.
