I have to admit that I am extremely pleased with the service, experience and professionalism that I received from Mark.

After trolling through the classifieds, I was unable to find any reviews on the companies listed on Kijii etc. I never feel comfortable about dealing with any company or service that has no reviews. So I turned to Homestars and I found Mark at Baydoun Appliances. They are actually servicing the West end of the GTA ( Mississauga in my case here ).

This is important because I found that many companies listed on Homestars clearly state that they only service Toronto but not Mississauga, Brampton or Oakville etc.

No worries, I kept scrolling down the listings until I found Baydoun Appliances which services in my area and I made a the call. Mark answered right away and he was able to accommodate my schedule ( next day installation at 4PM ). He quoted me $100 for the installation.

Mark showed up on time and he was done within 30mins !!! What a professional. He even found a fire hazard because the previous homeowner did not install a proper junction box for my old cooktop !!! I am lucky that the house never caught on fire.

So Mark who is a certified.accredited electrician completed the proper installation to ensure that everything done according to code. Thank Goodness !!! It is the best $100 that I have ever spent.

I am happy to have met Mark as I am happy to contact him for any repairs/installation etc. for all appliances in the future. And I will definitely recommend Mark to anyone.

It was a A+++ experience all the way.
