Braymore Crane Rental, Piano Movers and Storage

My entire experience with Braymore was absolutely fabulous! All the way from Martha telling me exactly how the move would work, sending me a piano technician's contact info, talking to me multiple times over the phone, and finally, arranging the move!

They picked up my piano in Whitby, and Ben and the rest of the moving team dropped off the piano to me the next day in Toronto. Everything went exactly to plan, and they kept me in the loop the entire time.

I would *highly* recommend using Braymore for any and all piano moving needs!

Greg was recommended for moving of my swim spa. I dealt with him directly for the estimate and booking of the move. He was always timely with his responses, as well as his arrival on the move day. The new site was difficult for positioning of the spa, but Greg and his colleague persevered (I think spending more time on the job than anticipated) in order to get it in place exactly as I wanted. You couldn't go wrong hiring him.

Got my Yamaha CLP-685 digital piano delivered today to a condo tower in North York. The delivery team was on time, I didn't even have to meet them at the front, they talked to the concierge themselves and figured out the way into the loading area of my building. All I had to do was to unlock the service elevator for them.

They did an amazing job -- in and out in 20 minutes, they delivered a 400 lb box to my door and then the next thing I know they have assembled the piano in the hall and carried it into my apartment (this was the only option because there is not much space in my apartment for them to work in). Extremely professional, quick, and friendly. All I know is that at 2pm today I had some empty space in my study and 20 minutes later there was a piano there.

(The cost is $150 but I don't know the actual cost and I've just put in that number because it's a required field. The delivery cost was included in the cost of my piano when I bought it at the store.)

This is the third time I have used Braymore to move my grand piano and 2nd for my upright. They are absolutely the best when it comes to figuring out how to move big instruments without damaging them. I knew from the previous move into my apartment that the grand required 3 people as the only way to get it in the elevator was to tilt it and have a third person to bear the weight for the 4 floor elevator ride. There was a delay because I could not pre-book the service elevator without a specific time. Josh, Sandell & Chris were patient about this, which I appreciated. It is always a little disconcerting to see the legs removed and realize how easy it would be for the piano to be damaged by falling over, etc. But this crew always took care to think/communicate before taking any action. and they all worked together (I suspect they have done so together many times). The job turned out exactly as quoted and none of them complained about the later time they would return to Braymore since I moved about an hour and a half away. I would never consider using any other company. They are simply the best!

Greg and helper were polite, courteous and fast on a tough job. They had to crane our hot tub off the back deck of our bungalow truck it to Kitchener and crane it over our new house into the back yard. (a tight spot) Smooth no damage and they took great care not to damage our driveways. We Highly recommend them!!

I donated my old baby grand piano to a young musician who engaged the services of Braymore to get the piano to his apartment. The crew of three men just smoothly transported the piano out of my house. They were very polite, quiet and efficient. They arrived on time and had no trouble at all with this bulky, heavy item. They took great care not to damage the piano or the wood floors in the house. They are the best piano movers I have ever met.

Braymore picked up my piano 2 years ago when I had to leave my home and delivered it back to my just before Christmas. I had really missed my piano and so must have come across as a nervous wreck when the guys from Braymore brought it into my new place. But the guys were calm and polite and patient with me and took amazing care of the piano as I watched them have to tip it and move it through a narrow hallway and through a very small door.
Thank you Braymore for taking care of my baby for 2 years and bringing him home safely. Next time I move, I'm not going to think twice about hiring these guys again.
