When we had our new home inspected, duct cleaning was recommended as there was pet hair and dust in all of the vents. I decided to call The Duct Cleaning Specialists, and I am glad I did. Paul answered my initial call promptly, answered my questions, and arranged the appointment. He arrived on time and spent just over three hours cleaning the vents, ducts, furnace, and dryer vent. He walked me through the entire job, explained what he would do, and he gave me tips on how to maintain the furnace. He used tarps to avoid any mess, and he was very careful to clean up after himself once the job was done. When he wrote me the invoice, he discounted the furnace and dryer cleaning!
